ALLURE is introducing a new protocol aimed at limiting no-show appointments. 

When booking an appointment, you may be asked by our receptionist to call back and confirm your booking 1 hour prior to your scheduled time. This is a measure we have found necessary to adopt due to an increase in the number of no-show appointments.



We understand that this may be an inconvenience to some, but we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation. 

This policy will help us to better manage our schedule, limit the number of no-show appointments, and ultimately, provide a better service to all our clients.
